Learning Pathways are a important, essential and critical way of making the individuals to think critically, question everything with reason and scientific thought, to make their minds see any phenomenon through social history perspective. To let them think how to not stop with questioning alone but to imagine radical, ethical alternatives, to socialize with the existing questioning and protesting movements, how to align with them, how to empathize them, how to see the world through their observations and thought process. Since the process of learning simultaneously involve the process of unlearning, orchestrating it needs a guided path that does not confuse or convolute with information overload. But to participate to see the diversity in social relationships and how it creates economic, cultural effects which each individual perceive and lives with the current social order. Usually there will not be any defined learning pathways in social/mass movements, as the fundamental nature is highly complex with numerous interrelationships, dialectic underpinnings, sensitive yet undetected/unobservable relations that influence every possible outcomes. Delineating such a learning process will eventually result in highly reduced or simplification process where the integrity or intersection or interdisciplinary nature is ultimately gone.

Thus as a community, the mentors, elmers, social activitists, research scholars, etc…. must construct a flexible participatory structure through which the individual can find sanctuary of learning and unlearning process with space to question, criticize, self criticize, yet to not go depressed, psychologically stressed, wary of information, isolated, introverted, insane, etc… That is where both the process and mentor's suitable microlevel guidance comes into play. The learning pathways are not a means of automating what the mentors are willing to do, but as a means to guide and help the process with ease. There is no existing model to create a learning path itself.

Depending upon the social affinity with the mentors, elders in the community, common areas of interest, social conversation, any individual shall be provided with Motivation, Capacity & Prompt so that learning pathways shall be designed or weaved with a set of goals. And What are all the materials, references, media available to engage the learner to reach that particular set of goals. And how several pathways each having their own set of resources can be weaved to create a fabric of learning pathways that will act as a social learning net that buffers the inconsistencies, and help reach critical thinking. The pathways shall not be created with biasing the individual but to guide to reach a feeling of second birth - a intellectual one that would push them for organizing and action.
