Community Legalization

Any community based on common set of interests and goals, must be able to smoothly connect with other movements and civil societies in-order to have a periodic operation with accountability to the members of the community as well as the wider public.

To cover the legal process aids the community to have a properly recognizable structure when representing the movement as a society to the law and government. Any policy level intervention, changes, proposals, panel invitation, formal discussion, moderation in public forums can happen seriously only when the legal procedures to recognize the movement is completed. This is a stage where the community becomes a registered society. But the community has to do a lot more to move from initial inertia or periodic slump inertia. This social stagnation in the community of committed individuals also creates a legal backlash, as there might be no one to cover the legal formalities. Thus the movement operation and legal requirements go hand in hand. To a certain degree the legal requirements can help the community to recognize a structure instead of being completely fluidic, non structural, or anti structural. The structuring of the community for movements organized planning, operation, action requires a critical understanding of socio-political-economy understanding uniformly in the social space we are working with. This becomes crucial because with time the movement starts to expand its views, learn new things, and add responsibilities.

The following flow chart have to help the present members to recover the community from movement slump tying both the legal and social aspects. Doubts in the workflow to reset the slump and legal complaints shall be solved with the help of senior members. All necessary relatively non changing documents shall be maintained physically as well as digitally for any future reference.
